Debates Selection Committee
The DSC comprises the DOD, DTS, DCS, the DUS Treasurer and the DUS President.
They select competitiors to send to IVs and Opens and select nominees for the other Debates Committee positions.

DSC 1 :
Deadline for applications - 1200 Tuesday 19th January 2010
Meeting- post Gen Comm Wednesday 20th January 2010
Results - IV positions announced immediately after the meeting and via email.
The DSC will select teams and judges following IVs/Opens:
York IV (23/01/10)
Newcastle IV (30/01/10)
Warwick IV (5-7/02/10)
If you would like to apply to attend one of these competitions please submit a written application to the DOD. Please say which IVs you would like to attend, whether you would like to judge or speak and any partner preferences. You may apply to as many IVs as you wish- it will not affect selection.

Durham Schools Co-Convenor
Durham Open Co-Convenor
ADP Co-Ordinator
IDP Co-Ordinator
Novice Co-Ordinator
Schools Programme Co-Ordinator
If you would like to apply for any of these positions please submit a written application to the DOD before the deadline. The application should be no longer than 500 words, and should explain why you want the role, what you would do in the position and what experience you have. Please be aware that you may be required for interview. You may apply for as many as you like!- and it may be in addition to any other DUS post you hold.
