Welcome to the Durham Union Society.
The Durham Union is open for all students to join. Founded in 1842 and with over 3000 student members, the Union is by far the University's largest and oldest society. As such, it can offer members opportunities and events unparalleled by Durham’s other colleges and societies. University is so much more than books and lectures; the Union gives you the chance to broaden your horizons, have fun and learn real skills. Joining is the first step to getting the most of out your time here in Durham!
